Chairman
D. Michael Glanville, CMB, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director, has been with the Company since 1978. Prior to joining National, Mike was with The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States where he was responsible for mortgage production and servicing in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. Mike’s 35 year career includes extensive experience in appraisal, commercial real estate lending, and mortgage banking.

Mike is a past president and a past director of the Oregon Mortgage Lenders’ Association and is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and security salesman by the State of Oregon. In 1987, he was awarded the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. In 1990, Mike received the Franklin D. White Service Award. He is a past president of the Portland State University Alumni Association, a former board member of the PSU Foundation, and currently serves on the boards of Broadview Financial and Q10 Capital LLC. Mike has been active in the Oregon Mortgage Lenders’ Association, Portland/Vancouver Commercial Association of Realtors and Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He is a native of Portland and a graduate of Portland State University.

President
Maureen Huntley, CPA, President, Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Director, has been with Q10 | National Mortgage Co. since April 1985. She oversees the daily operation of the office, including the real estate production, loan production, loan servicing and loan closing departments, and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions of Q10 | National Mortgage Co. Before joining Q10 | National, Maureen was an audit manager with Arthur Young & Company, Certified Public Accountants, where she worked with mortgage and commercial banking clients as well as healthcare, resort and manufacturing clients. Maureen is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed as a security salesperson by the State of Oregon. She is an Oregon native and earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Oregon State University.

Executive Vice President
Jeff G. Lyon, Executive Vice President, Loan Officer, Secretary and Director, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in March 1985. In addition to mortgage loan production, Jeff is responsible for overseeing technology and the private loan program. Before coming to Q10 | National, Jeff was trained as a loan underwriter and real estate analyst for the Real Estate Investment Department of the Travelers Insurance Companies. He was responsible for mortgage loan production and servicing in Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Utah. Jeff has successfully completed a number of appraisal courses, including courses conducted by The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Jeff is licensed as a securities salesperson by the State of Oregon. He has been a resident of Portland since 1974 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Portland State University.

Executive Vice President
Richard C. Brooke, Executive Vice President, Loan Officer and Director, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in January 1992. In addition to mortgage loan production, Rick oversees Q10 | National’s operations in the Seattle area. Rick founded Evergreen Mortgage Commercial Corp. in 1984, serving simultaneously as president and commercial production manager in its Portland office. Prior to 1984, Rick served two years as vice president/commercial production manager for Columbia Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of the Oregon Bank Real Estate Group, and five years as a real estate analyst within the mortgage department of the investment division of Standard Insurance Company. Through the years his responsibilities have included income property mortgage underwriting, shopping center management, lease negotiating, real property acquisitions and real estate appraising. Rick is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Finance Degree in Business Administration. He has completed real estate and finance-related post graduate studies from Portland State University and through the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.

Vice President
Pete Behr, FLMI, Vice President and Loan Officer, came to Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in June 1988. Pete was formerly employed in the investment division of Standard Insurance Company where he spent four years underwriting commercial real estate loans and six years managing the commercial real estate loan closing department. He also had primary responsibility for handling the chronic delinquencies, foreclosures and management of Standard’s real estate owned portfolio. Pete is a native Oregonian with a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Portland State University.

Vice President
Kelly Cassidy, CMB, Vice President and Loan Officer joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in January 2000. Before coming to Q10 | National, Kelly was a fourteen year veteran and key member of the Ward Cook loan production team. Under his guidance, the company grew from a one office mortgage banking boutique to a regional force with offices in four cities. Kelly received a BS in Business Administration from Portland State University and graduated with distinction from the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) with a strong commitment to the education of the industry’s next generation bankers. Kelly has taught Real Estate Finance at the college level as well as conducted classes for the Mortgage Bankers Association. He contributed to the college text, The Essentials of Real Estate Finance.

Vice President
Mark Hjort, Vice President and Loan Officer, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in January 1994. Prior to joining Q10 | National, Mark held real estate management positions with Evergreen International Aviation, The Bank of California, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. This diverse background has given him experience with a wide range of property types including downtown office and hotel, suburban office, industrial, retail, airport cargo, and small commercial buildings. Along the way he has performed real estate tasks including acquisition and sales of property, lease negotiation, appraisal, loan administration, property management, budgeting, and construction contact administration. Mark is a native Oregonian and a graduate of the University of Oregon.

Loan Officer
Jenny K. Frank, Loan Officer, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in December 2002. Prior to becoming a loan officer, Jenny served as a loan analyst honing her local market knowledge and building valuable relationships with key capital sources. Through the years, Jenny’s responsibilities have included income property mortgage underwriting for a wide range of property types. Jenny is a native Oregonian with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration: Finance from Portland State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland. Jenny has also successfully completed a number of appraisal courses conducted by the Appraisal Institute.

Vice President
Laura M. Nigro, CPA, Vice President, FlexExpress Loan Officer and Loan Servicing Manager, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in 1991. Laura manages the daily operations of the loan servicing department and supervises Q10 | National’s technology staff. Since 1997 Laura has been responsible for managing Q10 | National’s private loan program, FlexExpress. Prior to joining Q10 | National, Laura was an audit manager with Ernst & Young, Certified Public Accountants. Laura is a graduate of Portland State University and is licensed as a security salesperson by the State of Oregon. She has served as Vice-Chair of the Asset Administration Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Acting Loan Closing Manager
Nancy VanKleek, Acting Loan Closing Manager, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in December 1997. Nancy manages the daily operations of the loan closing department and personally closes approximately 75% of National's loans. With over 14 years of loan administration and closing experience, Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each loan closing. Before coming to Q10 | National, she closed loans for the financing arm of AT&T. She has successfully completed a number of courses conducted by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, earning their Certificate of Achievement in Commercial Real Estate Finance. Nancy attended Clatsop Community College and is a native Oregonian.

Senior Vice President
Carl R. Deters, Senior Vice President, is the principal broker of National Properties, the Real Estate Sales and Leasing division of Q10 | National. Carl joined National Properties in 1993. Carl has been active in the real estate field since 1976 when he joined Standard Insurance Company. At Standard he was responsible for management of their commercial real estate portfolio including property management, development, acquisitions and dispositions. After 10 years with Standard, Carl joined the RREEF Funds as the manager of their Portland district office. He became a Vice President and Director or Properties of RREEF in 1989, assuming responsibility for their Northwest property management offices in Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Northern California. Carl entered the brokerage side of the business in 1991 as a Vice President with Sid Woodbury Commercial Brokerage Co. Carl is a native Oregonian and holds Oregon and Washington real estate brokers licenses.
